"Farmacia - Zona Aurelia"
The pharmacy, created by the union of two premises, has a L-shaped plan and overlooks the street with its shop windows and its entrance gallery.
The displaying furniture surrounds the central cone-shaped pillar which is covered with a mosaic with sky-blue nuances and silver compartments. In the top part of the pillar there are also illuminated niches for the display of perfumes and other products.
Coming from the entrance gallery, 4 meters high, the customer enters the main room where the elliptical counter for the scents, the displaying shelves and the curve lines of the false ceiling are generated from the central pillar which is the characterizing architectonic element of the project.
Thanks to the height of the ceiling, over the pharmacy counter, it has been constructed a mezzanine destined for the laboratory for galenical preparations, which is illuminated by a skylight.
The pharmacy is bright, dynamic and cosy thanks to its furniture, mostly made of crystal and Plexiglas shelves, to its skylights, to the false ceiling, to its central pillar with mosaic on it, and its floor made of quartz and pieces of stained glass.
